TMEDS Shipping Policy

At TMEDS, we work hard to ensure every order reaches you safely, securely, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle international shipments, delivery times, customs, and tracking.

1. Shipping Origin

TMEDS ships internationally from India. Orders are dispatched from licensed pharmaceutical fulfillment partners and routed through trusted international shipping carriers.

2. Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and selected international destinations. For shipping availability to your country, please contact tmedsusa@gmail.com before placing the order.

3. Shipping Costs

A standard shipping fee applies to all orders unless otherwise stated
Orders over $100 may qualify for free shipping
Final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout based on weight and destination
4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Typical delivery times: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (customs inspection, weather, holidays, postal delays).

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can monitor your order's progress through the carrier's website at any time.

7. Customs & Import Duties

All international shipments may be subject to customs inspection. Any duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility, in line with local import laws.

8. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal at customs, or no recipient available, TMEDS is not responsible for return shipping or restocking costs. Customers are expected to provide accurate, complete address details at checkout.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipment, please contact tmedsusa@gmail.com. We'll investigate, and if the package is confirmed lost in transit, you will be eligible for a free reshipment or full refund.

10. Restricted Shipping

TMEDS does not ship any products restricted in the destination country. We may cancel or refuse orders that violate destination country regulations.
